  • A colander (to drain the pasta)

  • 125 g of tagliatelle or an other type of pasta if you can not find tagliatelle
  • 75 g of shrimp or crayfish
  • 6.5 cl of cream
  • 1/4 shallot or 1/4 onion
  • 1 pinch of saffron or curry
  • Flour
