Tagliatelle with shrimps
From students to family and restaurants, we largely adopted pastas in France (it is originally from Italy). We have thousands ways to eat them. If you are looking for an original pasta recipe and you enjoy seafood, you found just the one!
Before choosing this recipe for your next lesson, check below to ensure you have all the kitchenware and ingredients you need. You must have everything for your lesson. If don’t have everything, don’t worry and choose another easy French recipe.
You will need to have for your lesson:

Kitchenware
- A saucepan (to cook the pasta)
- A colander (to drain the pasta)
- A large stove
- A knife

Ingredients
For 1 person
- 125 g of tagliatelle or an other type of pasta if you can not find tagliatelle
- 75 g of shrimp or crayfish
- 6.5 cl of cream
- 1/4 shallot or 1/4 onion
- 1 pinch of saffron or curry
- Flour
