Spaghetti carbonara
Originally from Italy, this meal is largely adopted by French people. In France, we like pastas for every occasion. Students love it because it’s cheap, fast and impossible to miss. Families love it as well because it’s affordable, easy and you can adapt the recipe with most of the vegetables. If you enjoy pasta, this meal is for you.

- 250 g spaghetti
- 200 g bacon or ham
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (optional)
- 30 cl of fresh cream
- 1 egg yolk
- Salt
- Pepper
