Croque-monsieur
Literally translated as “crunch sir.” A French classic pub recipe. It’s perfect for a tasty and quick dinner. Tastes even better with a lettuce salad. Did you know? If you add an egg to it, it’s called “Croque-madame”!

- 1 oven, or 1 frying pan or 1 sandwich maker
- 1 knife

Ingredients
For 2 persons:
- 4 slices of bread (bread in square for sandwiches)
- butter
- 2 slices of ham
- 4 slices of cheese (chesse from your choice)
- mustard (optional)
