Omelette with tomatoes and fresh herbs

Kitchenware
- 1 cooking pan
- 1 knife
- 1 salad bowl
- 1 whip or fork
- 1 plate

Ingredients
For 2 persons:
- 4 eggs
- 1 goat cheese (optional but recommended)
- 1 onion, or shallot
- 1 box of cherry tomatoes, or 1 or 2 tomatoes
- 5 cl of fresh cream (optional)
- Chives and/or parsley (fresh is better), or provencal herbs
- Olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
