Amuse-bouche: cucumber, beetroot and smoked salmon
To impress your friends at your next dinner, those amuse-bouche are the perfect fit.
In France, when we have friends over, we tend to offer them some amuse-bouche along with a drink. The fancier, the better.

- A knife
- A mixer or blender
- A peeler

Ingredients
For 4 persons
- 1 cooked beet
- 2 tablespoons of fresh cream
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander
- 150 g of smoked salmon (or smoked duck breast)
- 1 cucumber
